Approvals August 5 2008 Meeting Minutes Presentations/Review 153 North Street-Retail Building Addition/Renovation The DAC reviewed the proposed retail addition and had the following comments 1 Reconsider approach to lighting parking lot/walkways and signage 2 Specify native landscape plantings 3 Reduce parking from 14 spaces to 121:1\ eliminating 2 at rear of building,this will help with turning radii and impervious areas 4 Remove existing sign structure and provide new signage on building, in lieu of p`lon effect. Increase size of existing windows (owner suggested, DAC agrees) 6 Provide new roofing on existing structure to match addition. 40 Hartwell Avenue-MetroPCS Wireless Facilit\ The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facilit\ and there were no comments 1475 Massachusetts Avenue-MetroPCS Wireless Facilrt\ The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facilit\ and there were no comments 60 Concord Avenue-MetroPCS Wireless Facilit\ The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facilit\ and there were no comments Lincoln Street Water Tank-MetroPCS Wireless Faciht\ The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facilit\ and requested the vertical cable feeds be covered with metal panel and painted to match tank color(light blue) 119 Wood Street-MetroPCS Wireless Facilrt` The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facilit\ and there were no comments 397 Lowell Street-MetroWest Wireless Facilit\ The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facilit\ for a second time and requested the applicant find an alternate location for the facilit\ since the current structure is overburdened with wireless facilities Other Business None Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at approximatel` 9.30PM.
