Call to Order:
The Meeting was called to Order at 7:30PM.

Presentations/Review:
6 Meriam Street
The DAC reviewed drawings for a wireless facility in the Church of The Redeemer steeple and a fence
enclosure to screen related equipment at grade. The fence enclosure and access gate is visible from
Meriam Street and it was requested that the enclosure be located across the walkway, further from the street
and the gate be located so as not to be visible from the street. Relocating the enclosure would also benefit
the newly proposed stone path and garden in this area. The applicant needs to confirm that the antennae are
not visible through the steeple as the drawings imply the new un
which is not acceptable.
Captain Parker Arms- Sign Lighting
The DAC reviewed light fixture cut sheets for a freestanding sign that was previously reviewed by the
DAC. The metal halide lamp is acceptable for this purpose and it was suggested that the light fixtures be
screened with low plantings and be color black or bronze. A baf
mitigate any light spill from the fixture.
