18 October 2012 Meeting
Board Members Present: Chairman William Kennedy, Robert Burbidge, Gerald Howell, David
Eagle, Lester Savage, Martha C. Wood (Member William Hays was absent.)
Minutes of 13 September 2012 were approved
Financial Report was discussed. It was determined that funds given to LexHAB in lieu of a
provision of low income housing in the condominium development on Fletcher Ave. will be
listed as "contributed capital" in the financial reports.
Busa Property and Fairview Property Update was limited by6 the fact that the architect for both
properties is very backed up. It was noted that we need the drawings, at least exterior drawings,
for Fairview soon as the neighbors were promised another look at the proposal soon.
The Board's photo for the Town's annual report was taken.
There was some discussion about what can and /or should be included in the minutes of executive
sessions especially when individuals are being discussed. The chair will discuss this with
Norman Cohen, the Board's Selectmen - liaison and former Town Counsel.
Next meeting will be at 7 a.m. Friday Nov. 16.
