A Meeting of the Board of Assessors was held on July 31, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. located in
Room 111 Town Office Building. In attendance: William Jackson, Chairman, Edmund
Grant, Member, Gregory Johnson, Member, Robert Lent, Assessor, Jeffrey Howry,
Assistant Assessor and Elaine Melahouris, Residential Analyst/ Inspector.
Consent Agenda
Public Comment Time: There were no attendees.
Robert F. Lent made the introduction of Jeffrey Howry the Assistant Assessor to the
Board.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 3 -0 roll call vote to go into Executive
Session to discuss pending Abatement Applications, Appellate Tax Board Cases and
Statutory Exemptions.
Executive Session
The Board approved for recording at the Registry of Deeds —
three (3) FY2012 Real Estate Deferral — Statement of Entry into Tax Deferral and
Recovery Agreements
Review of Appellate Tax Board Settlements
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 10:00 a.m.
The next meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2012 at 8:30 a.m.
