Agenda Minutes February 11, 2013

Present: Zoe Perry Wood, Chair; Jan Gopelrud; Emily Passman; Victoria Campos,

Absent: Regie Gibson
Zoe called the meeting to order at 7:27 pm.
Topics Discussed:
• December minutes were approved.
• January Minutes discussed and approved.
• No Treasurer's Report as we as yet have no replacement for Chris.
• Diamond Hayes has resigned.
• Zoe had conversation with Adrienne Sloan who used to be Chair of
Watertown Council on the Arts. These people started the Arsenal
Center for the Arts. Zoe has invited her to speak to the LCA.
• April Munroe Saturday Night for Artists' talk. April 6, 7pm. LCA
considered making a $150 -200 donation.
• Zoe asked that our March 11, 2013meeting be an opportunity to
invite individuals interested in possibly becoming a part of the LCA:

Bill Passman
Cheryl Meadow
Carolyn Goldstein
• Victoria will put an announcement in the Minuteman, and Emily will
post the announcement in the Lexington Yahoo site. Jan to draft a
copy of the announcement and distribute to LCA members. Meeting
will be at Munroe in Zoe's studio and will be open for prospective
members at 8pm. Regular meeting for LCA to discuss business to
begin as usual at 7pm.
• Grant cycle: Zoe to send letters out. LCA spent the rest of the
meeting stuffing grant cycle envelopes.
Meeting adjourned at 9pm. Next meeting March 11, 2013 at Zoe's studio in the
Munroe Center on the Arts.
