The approved work shall be as follows: • These signs will be between 24 to 30- inches wide and be placed 2 to 3- inches off the ground depending on the size and shape of each Island. • Each sign will be green with white lettering. The wording of the signs will be "Island Maintained by" followed by the name of the business or organization that is sponsoring the plantings for that particular Island. The capitol letters in "Islands Maintained by" will be 1 -inch high and the lettering in the name of the business or organization will be 2- inches high. • The signs will be installed and fastened to two wood posts by town staff. The work shall conform to the information submitted on December 2, 2010 and be completed to the satisfaction of the Commission. After completion, the work shall, in the judgment of this Commission, be maintained in good repair. This Certificate shall be void if it is not acted upon within one year from the date of this Certificate, or if the work described is removed, abandoned, or replaced.
