The "Siecor SAC Series/Pad Mounted" servicing area interface cabinet #2700 shall be located as shown on the easement plan submitted at the hearing on May 1, 1996 with the following stipulations: 1. The servicing area interface cabinet shall be painted dark green. 2. The servicing area interface cabinet shall be places so that the doors face the parking lot area. 3. Shrubs shall be planted on three sides of the servicing area interface cabinet. Except as otherwise noted herein, the work shall conform to the plans and information submitted at the hearing on May 1, 1996. After installation, it shall, in the judgment of this Commission, be maintained in good repair. This Certificate is void if it is not acted upon within one year from the date of this Certificate, or if the work described is removed, abandoned, or replaced. Please note that new building construction, including additions, alterations and repairs, and the erection of signs require the submission of final plans to the Town of Lexington Building Department for issuance of a Building Permit.
