Munroe Center for the Arts
Present: Zoe Perry Wood, Chair; Jan Gopelrud; Victoria Campos, secretary; Chris
Kyle, Treasurer; Eddie Huberdaeu, new LCA member
Absent: Regie Gibson; Diamond Hayes; Emily Passman representing LCA 11/5/12
at the Community Fund of Lexington (organized to enhance the cultural life of
Lexington) meeting.
Zoe called the meeting to order at 7:30pm.
Zoe made a motion to accept Oct. minutes; Approved.
Topics Discussed:
• Zoe introduced Edwin, our new LCA member.
• Chris presented the Treasurer's report:
* $3870 is what we owe 2013 grantees
$3870 for this year from MCC (5% for our own administrative funds, leaving 4498
for this year„ not including remaining funds from last year.)
• Council entered grantee information onto MCC website
New MCC password: Username (Lexington); password (G6972U)
