From Meeting on April 14
- Absent: Luke, Sneha, Anna, Olivia, Lisa, Caitlin, and Thomas
-Thank you to everyone that helped out in the Cotting School. We had plenty of
volunteers and we made about 60 life kits.
-Thank you also to everyone that helped out in the Hoopathon. It was a huge success and
we look forward to being able to help out again last year.
- Decorating the float for Patriots Day will be on Saturday, April 16` at Sam at Wilson's
Farm. Those who volunteered to help are Colleen, Jill, Marissa, Eva, Taylor, Mike,
Jackie, Abby, Sara L, Erica and Jake.
- Setting up the float will be on Monday, April 18` at 9am. Those who said they can
volunteer are Jill, Abby, Sara F, Eva, Erica, Colleen, Marissa, Luke and Derek. Please
meet at the Fire Station on Mass Ave near the Arlington town line (not the one by Stop
and Shop)
- Cleaning up after the float is following immediately after the parade. Those who said
they can stay after are Abby, Sara L, Jill, Jackie, Emily, Erica, Colleen, Jill, Eva, Joslyn,
Olivia, Luke and Jake.
-The application deadline for incoming LYC members is May 15` The website to get an

-Our next meeting is May 12 at 5:30pm. Please meet at the island so we can have our
spring clean-up. Pizza and drinks will be provided.
