- Members absent: Erica, Derek, Jake, Sara F., Eva, Thomas, and Andrew
- Sweatshirts: The following members have paid: Annie, Karen, John, Taylor, Mike, Chris,
James, Chris, Scott,
- Halloween Decorating: The result was great, and the stores appreciated our effort. 9 members
contributed and 27 stores participated. The event was very last minute due to the power outage
that hit Lexington, but we got it done!
- Thanksgiving Turkey Delivery: Delivery day will be Wednesday, November 23r at 3:30 at
the bus station on Bedford Street. This is a confidential process. There will be 35 dinners to
distribute. Here are the drivers and the participants:
Drivers: Taylor, Emily, Erica, Colleen, and Marissa. Possibly: Sara L., Derek, and Mark
Participants: Mark, Chris, James, Joslyn, John L. Thomas, Eva, Jack, Caitlyn, Janelle, John M.,
Annie, and Mike
-Candy Bags: Candy Bags were distributed at the last meeting. There are 33 pieces in each bag.
At our December meeting, all members MUST bring in $33.00. The total revenue from candy
sales will be around $891. Our goal is to raise $1400 for the Holiday Gift cards. We hope to
accomplish this by working at the Tree Lighting in the Center on Friday, December 4 th . We
will meet behind Michaelson's at 5:30 pm. Shannon will get costumes for this event. We will
also be standing outside Wilson Farms and the Sunoco to raise money on the dates posted below:

- Christmas Luncheon: Will be on 12/ 14. We are still waiting for complete confirmation on this
event but it will mostly likely be from l lam- 1 pm. People who said they could help:
Joslyn, Sara L., James, Chris, Eva, Thomas, Marissa, Taylor, Sara F., Janelle, Emily, and Annie.
-As a reminder, if you still owe money for your sweatshirt please bring it to our next meeting.
Our next meeting is December 8 th , 2011 at 7 pm in Room G-15 in the lower level of the
Town Office building
