From Meeting on 2/17/11
- Absent: Luke, Anna, Lindsay, Thomas, and Lisa
-On Friday, March 18 at 9:30, we will be volunteering at the Cotting School. Those who
said they can help out are Emily, Derek, Caitlin, Jackie, Sara F, Joslyn, Jill, Taylor,
Olivia and Erica. Please make sure you are standing at the front of the school at 9:30 to
drive over. Also, if you can or cannot attend, notify either Jackie or Taylor as soon as
possible.
-We will be doing a book drive for the Cotting School. One large box will be placed
outside of the main office at LHS. Also, flyers will be hung in the halls. Please try and
promote around campus and to your family and friends. We will be delivering all the
books later this month.
-The Hoopathon will be on Saturday, March 26 We will have more information on this
at our March meeting, however please plan accordingly if you plan on attending.
-We will be discussing float ideas for the Patriots Day Parade at our next two meetings. If
you have any ideas for a good float, bring it to the next meeting.
-Our next meeting is Thursday, March 17 at 7:OOpm in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.
