Members Present: Charles Lamb, Chair; Beth Masterman, Vice - Chair; Jill Hai;

Member Absent: Bill Hurley
Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called the meeting to order at 7:07 P.M.
[This Committee then joined the Budget Collaboration - Financial Summit 3 being held in the
same place until it ended. See the Minutes of that event for this Committee's participation.]
Adjourn: A Motion was made and seconded at 8:16 P.M. to adjourn. Vote: 4 -0
These Minutes were approved by the CEC at its meeting on January 4, 2013.
