His land was sold to pay his debts. John Parker appointed administrator 1833. Jonathan and Abigail Parker brought property from Samuel and Maria Bridge on May 18, 1846 for $125, Book 956, p. 495. Doris Patrick bought land in 1925 (Book 48888, p. 451). She and her sisters were the seamstresses in town. I've met various people who had their wedding or debutante gowns fitted in the middle room.
