Vice -Chair (arrived 8:20 P.m.); Jill Hai

1. Capital Expenditures Committee Report to the 2012 Special Town Meeting (STM),
November 19, 2012, Released November 13, 2012
2. Capital Expenditures Committee Errata to the item #1 report, to be released
November 16, 2012
Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M.
[This Committee then joined the Budget Collaboration - Financial Summit 2 being held in the
same place until it was adjourned at 8:35 P.M. See the Minutes of that event for this
Committee's participation.]
Ratify Contents of Committee Report & Errata:
A Motion was made and seconded to ratify that this Committee's report to the upcoming
STM (document #1 above), which included positions for all of this Committee's members
and final editorial changes, represented the unanimous positions of this Committee.
Vote: 5 -0
It was moved and seconded to approve the errata (document #2 above) to this Committee's
report to the upcoming STM. Vote: 5 -0
Adjourn: A Motion was made and seconded at 8:36 P.M. to adjourn. Vote: 5 -0
These Minutes were approved by the CEC at its meeting on November 27, 2012.
