HomeMy WebLinkAboutArchiving Inven email respsHi all, An update - Donna showed me how to send the emails to Laserfiche! I'm going to ask David to cc: me if he makes any responses via email and will archive those in Laserfiche also. Donna says phone calls are not public records. Lynne, we should probably put the letter that was mailed out in Laserfiche also - could you please send me either an electronic document or a hard copy? Thanks. I'm not capturing any responses David makes (and I don't know whether he's logging phone calls which I believe are public records.) -----Original Message----- From: Linda Vine Sent: Tuesday, September 18, 2007 9:16 AM To: Manager's Office Subject: FW: Historical Commission Letter The e-mail below is in response regarding how to direct questions to the Historical Commission as a result of their direct mailing to homes in the historical registry. -----Original Message----- From: David R Kelland [mailto:dkelland@juno.com] Sent: Monday, September 17, 2007 11:52 AM To: Linda Vine Subject: Re: Historical Commission Letter Linda, I've given Lynne copies of the letter that was sent out. So far she has been directing phone calls to ext. 701 as the letter explains is our extension. Candy McLaughlin has been shifting e-mails to my personal e-mail address. I have received several phone calls at home which I don't think I should answer since the letter gives the correct phone no. As of this a.m. there are 24 calls on 701. I'm going to appeal to the Commission to answer some of these. I've worked on this all summer and there is a limit. We still have to do the RFP for our consultant ($90,000 CPA) which I gave Jim the first version a few weeks ago. I'm waiting to hear from him. Cheers, David
