Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee
January 28, 2008
Place and time: Town Hall, Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 7:30 PM
Members present: Alan Levine (Chair), John Bartenstein (Secretary), Deborah Brown,
Richard Eurich, Pam Hoffman, Michael Kennealy, Susan McLeish, Eric Michelson, Rob
Addelson (ex officio, non-voting)
This meeting was held in conjunction with FY2009 Budget Collaboration-Financial
Summit 4 and was called to order at 7:45 PM.
The agenda items were:
1. Update Governor’s FY09 State Aid Proposal
2. Vote: Use of $461,000 of Free Cash

Comments from Appropriation Committee Meeting
3. Current Status of FY09 Budget Shortfall
4. Options for Closing Budget Shortfall
5. Confirm February 13 Summit Date and AGenda
