Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee
October 4, 2007
Place and time: Cary Memorial Building, Ellen Stone Room, 7:30 p.m.
Members present: Alan Levine (Chair), Rod Cole (Vice-Chair), John Bartenstein
(Secretary), Deborah Brown, Richard Eurich, Pamela Hoffman, Michael Kennealy, Eric
Michelson, Rob Addelson (ex officio, non-voting)
1. Article 2
. Deborah Brown presented an updated spreadsheet describing the
finances of various scenarios relating to the Shire TIF. It was discussed.
Approval of Article 2 was unanimously approved.
2. Articles 3-5
. After a brief discussion of each of Articles 3-5, the issues they
present, and the write-ups for the Committee report, the Committee voted
unanimously to approve each of those articles.
3. STM Report.
At the Monday meeting the Committee’s report to the Special
Town Meeting will be proofed and approved. It will then be released
electronically to the TMMA, and printed copies will be brought to the STM.

4. Future Meeting Schedule.
October 8 8 pm at the Police Station Guard Room
and on October 10 at 6:30 PM (prior to the Town Meeting).
5. Past Minutes.
The minutes of the 9/20/07 meeting were unanimously approved.
The meeting was adjourned shortly after 8:55 p.m.
