Members Present: Charles W. Lamb (Chair), Ted Edson (Vice-Chair), Bill Hurley,
David G. Kanter, and Shirley Stolz
Visitors: Robert Addelson (Lexington Assistant Town Manager for Finance/Town Comptroller)
and William P. Hadley (Director, Lexington Department of Public Works)
CWL called the meeting to order at 9:00
AM
There was a discussion with Rob Addelson of General Fund Cash versus Free Cash.
There was a discussion with Bill Hadley of the Sewer Program and how it was changed from the
original capital packet.
Motion: Approve Article 17(a) (Wastewater System Improvements) for work on Upper Vine
Brook Basin as described in Brown Book, XI-11. (Passed 5:0)
There was a discussion of Article 48 (Munroe School Disposition).
Motion: Recommend Indefinite Postponement of Article 48. (Passed 5:0)
The meeting was adjourned at 11:30 .
