Motion: IP 32(a) and use money from 05/30(h) (White House
Extraordinatory repairs) instead. 4:0 in favor.
Motion: Support $400K of school technology instead of $300K. 4:0 in
favor.
wrt whether we should finance more capital with cash or use it to
reduce the override.
RB: we should increase cash to the original $540K.
TE, SS: agree
However, if it helps pass the override because it brings us below some
magic threshold (e.g. $5M) then use it to reduce the override.
