Called to order at 6.05 PM
Present: All members of CEC
1. Informal discussions on
a. Streamline Cash Capital -- establish priorities and take position
b. Assemble all the cash capital details
2. Discussion on agenda for next meeting
3. Discussion on CEC role in shaping school committee capital
proposals.
4. Approved minutes of Nov 21 and Nov 28.
Meeting adjourned at 7.15 PM and then moved to participate in the
Summit II.
At that meeting CEC opposed any idea of changing current cash capital
policy. Town manger wants to reduce cash capital base to be used in
calculating 5% cash capital available for FY203, claiming that it was
inflated by SBAB state aid, when the policy was instituted.
