CEC minutes - 9 April 2001 (draft)
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM by the chairman.
Members Tom Griffths (TG), Shirley Stolz (SS), Narain Bhatia (NB),
George
Burnell (GB), and Charles Hornig (CH) were present.
The committee opposes Art. 25 4-1. The parcel could be valuable some
day.
The Town should maximize the value of its assets by permitting the
owner to
build. There is no compelling reason to sell.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM. Minutes were taken and submitted
