Meeting was called to order by the Chairman in the Cafeteria of Diamond School at 4:40pm. Members present: Narain, Bhatia, Tom Griffiths, Charles Hornig, and Shirley Stolz. The meeting was part of a so-called summit meeting with the Board of Selectmen, the School Committee, and the Appropriation Committee. 2. In agreement with the other committees present, the Capital Expenditures Committee voted unanimously in favor of setting the operating override at $3.7M-to-$3.8M with a $500K amount included for road maintenance. 3. Charles Hornig reminded those present that a debt-exclusion override would be needed in FY 2002 and/or FY 2003. 4. See the Selectmen’s minutes for other details of the joint meeting. 5.
