CAPITAL EXPENDITURES COMMITTEE
MINUTES OF MEETING
November 10, 1998
Present: Charles Hornig, Shirley Stoltz, Karen Dooks, Narain Bhatia, and Bill Kennedy
Discussion centered on the committee's schedule leading up to completion of the report to Town Meeting.
The following dates were decided:
November 17 with Rick White if he is available.
November 24 with George Woodbury and his DPW staff.
December 8 with Police and Fire departments
December 15 with Recreation/Conservation
January 5 with the school department
January 12 with Library and other
January 19 to work on next steps
A discussion ensued on what criteria should be used to decide which projects should be approved.
