Present: Zoe Perry Wood, Chair; Emily Passman; Jackie Hawkinson; Chris Kyle,
Treasurer; Jan Gopelrud; Diamond Hayes; and Victoria Campos, secretary
Absent: Reggie Gibson
Zoe called the meeting to order at 7:46pm.
Jan made a motion to approve Nov. minutes. Emily seconded. All in agreement.

• Reviewed some criteria for funding grants:
1. 1. How does it benefit the Lexington local comunity;
2. Must have a compelling reason to disqualify a grant.

other sponsors putting you closer to your budgetary goal;
