FORMAL HEARINGS
13 Depot Square –
Carla Fortmann, representing Lexington Historic Society, received approval to hang a
temporary banner for the month of April. Certificate No. 2005C-07
840 Massachusetts Avenue –
John and Judi Brosner received approval to repaint home subject to on site
approval by Joseph Welch and James Lee of painted sample area. Certificate No. 2005C-08
15 Meriam Street –
Robert Sacco received approval to remove siding replacing with cedar clapboards to
main body of house and scallop cedar shingles on gables; replace storm windows and sills; and replace
flower box window. Certificate No. 2005C-09 House paint color continued.
14 Waltham Street –
Carrie Thenan, representing Jewels from the Crown received sign approval.
