The group discussed the impact of Chapter 44P on the Condo Conve
rslon Regu.lat~ons of the
Town of Lexington and Chapter ~2 i of the .Acts Qf 1983. Zt was determi
ned that our Condo
Conversion Bylaw was in keeping with Chapter 52~ and relevant to the
proposed conversion of
April Lane. -
~t was noted that we needed an applicatio~z form for an a licant to
y pp begin the process. Mr. Pace
agreed to produce one for the next mtg which is 316106 at the DPw lunch r
oom 20 ~ Bedford St.
