Mr. Lee voted on 1761 Massachusetts Avenue only. PETITIONS HEARD: FORMAL HEARINGS 1761 Massachusetts Avenue- Courtney Nawrot, representing Bank of America, received approval for new signage. Certificate No. 2004C-76 Chairman Gschwendtner recused herself from this hearing; James Lee sat as Acting Chairman. 1796 Massachusetts Avenue – George Papalimberis, representing LaFlamme received approval for new signage. Certificate No. 2004C-77 15-19 Depot Square – Julie Supple, representing Depot Realty Trust, requested continuance until January 2005. CONTINUED HEARINGS 40 Hancock Street – James DiGioia from Pella Window and Door, representing the owners, Richard and Robin Millman, was denied window changes. Approval was given to replace roof on the carriage house. Certificate No. 2004C-78 1299 Massachusetts Avenue – Judy Newberne asked hearing for Exterior Architectural changes to be continued until January 2005. 25 Waltham Street – Debbie Heffernan, representing D & R Realty Trust, received approval to construct overhang on north side entrance along the alley. Certificate No. 2004C-79. 2101 Massachusetts Avenue - Carl Oldenberg, representing Mariellen and Joe Alfonse, received approval for an addition. Certificate No. 2004C-80. 1707 Massachusetts Avenue – Sam Ibrahim, representing Edison Way Realty LLC, received approval for building siding and HVAC covers on the roof. Certificate No. 2004C-81. 1403 Massachusetts Avenue – Jeffrey Lipsky, representing The Munroe Center for the Arts, requested hearing be continued until January 2005. 1625 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE • LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02420 Minutes of December 2, 2004 (concluded) 32-42 Worthen Road – Letter from Thomas Fenn, representing Battle Green Apartments, received approval for an extension on Certificate 2003C-4 and Certificate 2004C-02.
