PETITIONS HEARD: FORMAL HEARINGS 40 Hancock Street – Richard & Robin Millman, were not present; James DiGioia was there to represent window installation. Hearing continued for details. 1888 Massachusetts Avenue – Sally Zimmerman, representing Church of Our Redeemer, received approval for the in-kind reconstruction and installation of liner and bluestone chimney cap on the rear chimney serving the boiler at the Rectory building. Certificate No. 2004C-66 7 Eliot Road – Wade and Nancy Thompson received approval to install a PermaCoat black chain link fence. Certificate No. 2004C-67 45 Bedford Street/735 Massachusetts Avenue/1575 Massachusetts Avenue – Michael Morrissey came before the Board concerning Baby Safe Haven sign issues. The Board recommended signage on interior of windows at the police and fire stations as well as notification in the front of the Lexington phone book. 910 Massachusetts Avenue – David and Ruth Rose received approval to rebuild an existing sunroom with alteration to the roofline. Certificate No. 2004C-68 1707 Massachusetts Avenue – Sam Ibrahim, representing Edison Way Realty LLC, received approval for signs. Certificate No. 2004C-69 Siding and air-condition covers were continued. 1727 Massachusetts Avenue - Ed Grant and Peter Niemitz, representing Not Your Average Joe’s, received approval for signage. Certificate No. 2004C-70 1840 Massachusetts Avenue – Jeffrey Sarra, representing Banknorth Group, Inc., received approval for signage. Certificate No. 2004C-71 1403 Massachusetts Avenue – Jeffrey Lipsky, representing The Munroe Center for the Arts, requested permission for an outdoor performance stage. Hearing was continued. 25 Waltham Street – Debbie Heffernan, representing D & R Realty Trust, received approval to create entrance on north side of building along the alley. Certificate No. 2004C-72. Certificate No. 2004C-73. Additional architectural changes were continued. CONTINUED HEARINGS 7 Meriam Street – Frank DiPietro, representing Beachfront Property Swimwear, received approval for signage. Certificate No. 2004C-74 1960 Massachusetts Avenue – Meg Kimball received approval for backstairs and driveway. Certificate No. 2004C-75 INFORMAL HEARINGS 1364 Massachusetts Avenue was not present at hearing. 15-19 Depot Square – Julie Supple, representing Depot Realty Trust, presented exterior architectural changes. 1761Massachusetts Avenue- Steve Jacks, representing Bank of America presented exterior architectural changes.
