PETITIONS HEARD: FORMAL HEARINGS: 6 Brigham Road – Continued. 2006 Massachusetts Avenue – Edward and Cristabel McCarthy received approval for a paint color change. Certificate No. C2004-44. 1666 Massachusetts Avenue – Sharon Spaulding of Spaulding Management Co., representing Lexx, presented plans for signage. Hearing is continued for signage detail. 1646 Massachusetts Avenue – Sharon Spaulding of Spaulding Management Co., representing Gypsy Moon, presented plans for signage. Hearing is continued for signage detail. 1666 Massachusetts Avenue – Sharon Spaulding of Spaulding Management Co. presented plans for a directory sign.
