PETITIONS HEARD: FORMAL HEARINGS: 1580 Massachusetts Avenue – Lexington Korean Church signage continued. 1752 Massachusetts Avenue - Joe Rancatore of Rancatore’s Ice Cream received approval for signage, awnings, window boxes and a water spigot. Certificate No. C2004-29. 23 Bedford Street – Steven Conners received approval for repairs to front porch and traditional balusters, newel posts and rails, as well as for stain on stair treads and deck flooring. Certificate No. C2004-30. CONTINUED HEARINGS: 1776 Massachusetts Avenue – Linda Arel, representing Citizens Bank, received approval for signage and lighting on the front of the building and for street name and number on the rear. Hearing continued. Certificate No. C2004-31. 1723 Massachusetts Avenue – Nathalya Manane of Sands Custom Graphics, representing Chyten, Inc., received approval for signage.
