Certificate No. C2004-23 1728 Massachusetts Avenue – Raychel Greenwald, representing Weichert Realtors, received approval for signage. Certificate No. C2004-24. 1723 Massachusetts Avenue – Nathalya Manane of Sands Custom Graphics, representing Chyton, Inc., presented signage plans. Hearing continued for more information. 1762 Massachusetts Avenue - Jeffrey Lyons , representing Lexington Center Realty Trust, presented plans for signage in the front and rear of building. Hearing continued for more information. 7 Bedford Street – Julie Schauman discussed plans for various architectural changes to her property. Wall on Town property on Bedford Street denied. Denial Determination Reference No. 2004-25. 12 Bedford Street – Donald Parilla received approval for a paint color change. Certificate No. C2004-26.
