– Wendy Carter received approval for a color change.

– Raychel Greenwald, representing Weichert Realtors, received
approval for signage. Certificate No. C2004-24.
1723 Massachusetts Avenue
– Nathalya Manane of Sands Custom Graphics, representing
Chyton, Inc., presented signage plans. Hearing continued for more information.
1762 Massachusetts Avenue -
Jeffrey Lyons , representing Lexington Center Realty Trust,
presented plans for signage in the front and rear of building. Hearing continued for more
information.
