Certificate No.C2004-17 1666 Massachusetts Avenue – Sharon Spaulding, representing Spaulding Management, received approval for re-roofing with ridge vents and drip edge. Certificate No. C2004-18. 1849 Massachusetts Avenue – Janice DiPaola, representing Classic Expressions, withdrew her application for signage. 30 Waltham Street – Raychel Greenwald, representing Network Wires, received approval for a hanging sign, subject to Board of Appeals approval. Certificate No. C2004-19. 1776 Massachusetts Avenue – George Ford, representing Citizens Bank presented plans for new windows, awnings, signs. Hearing continued.
