PETITIONS HEARD:
1505 Massachusetts Avenue – 1 Russell Square
- Continued to May 6, 2004.
1386 Massachusetts Avenue
– Lou Ann Hutchinson, representing Community Church of
Christ, received approval for roofing with drip edge and ridge vent. Certificate No. C2004-15.
27 Waltham Street
– Steven Moeser, representing Lexington Enterprises, received approval for
signage and lighting. Certificate No. C2004-16.
CONTINUED HEARINGS:
1776 Massachusetts Avenue
– Greg Sullivan, representing Citizens Bank, received approval for
a weatherhead. Certificate No. C2004-17.
INFORMAL HEARINGS:

– Martin Holland presented plans for window replacement and repairs to the
