Certificate No. #2004-C12 1776 Massachusetts Avenue - The Petition for adding a weatherhead to the exterior parapet of above property was continued. CONTINUED HEARINGS: 6 Parker Street – Peter Laino receivedapproval to replace an existing porch with an “enclosed porch”, replace and relocate windows and add skylights to the main roof. Certificate 2004-C13 1666 Massachusetts Avenue – Sharon Spauldingreceived approval for signage at the space formally know as Aesop’s. The new business name is “Lexx”. Certificate 2004-C14 1690 Massachusetts Avenue – The petition of Jonathan Smith, representing for Cohoes, for alterations to the front entry door was continued to allow the petitioner to present additional options.
