Minutes of Meeting of February 5, 2004
Commissioners in attendance: Joann Gschwendtner - Chairman, Ian Adamson, Mark DiNapoli and Dan Fenn;
Associate Commissioners Daniel Griffin, Jr., James Lee and Joe Welch.
PETITIONS HEARD
1762 Massachusetts Avenue
- Jeffrey Lyons received approval for new entryway in rear, fencing, brick paver
pathway and windows to be done in two phases. Certificate No. 2004-05.
1436 Massachusetts Avenue
– Christine McEwen and James Wong received approval for re-roofing the house and
garage, including adding ridge vents and soffit vents.
Certificate No. 2004-06
6 Parker Street
– Tom Fenn, representing Peter and Elizabeth Laino presented preliminary plans for addition to the
house. Hearing continued for architectural detail drawings.
1666 Massachusetts Avenue
– Sharon Spaulding of Spaulding Management with George Moran, Architect
received approval for door and window changes.

– Hazel Hopkins received approval for sign changes from those previously approved

– Joan Farr, representing the Lexington Field and Garden Club received approval for
rock with bronze signage on the park.
