Commissioners in attendance: Joann Gschwendtner, Chairman, Ian Adamson Lynn Hopkins, and
Associate Commissioners Eleanor MacQueen and Joseph Welch.
PETITIONS HEARD:
1960 Massachusetts Avenue –
Meg Kimball presented plans for an addition and new garage.
Continued for additional detail.
Emery Park –
Joan Farr presented plans for a memorial and water feature at Emery Park.
Continued for additional detail.
20 Waltham Street –
Michele Wright, representing Vinny T’s presented plans for handicap
railing, moving firebox, and handicap signage. Continued for signage. Certificate No. 2003C-61
14-16 Bedford Street –
David Swan, representing Kenton Soderstrom, received approval for 2
sets of new stairs off porch. Certificate No. 2003C-62

Susanne Beck received approval for changes to backroom/laundry.

Katherine Venzke received approval to demolish existing front

Commission voted minor changes to guidelines regarding Street Furniture.
