PETITIONS HEARD: 20 Walthan Street – Martin Holland, representing Vinny T’s of Lexington, received approval for a new sign to replace the existing and to replace all awnings. Wording on awnings on sides only. Certificate No. 2003C-5 1666 Massachusetts Avenue – Nasos Phillips received approval for a sign for Nicky’s Ice Cream and Delectables. Certificate No. 2003C-6 32 Waltham Street – Agnes Voligny, representing Rosie’s Bakery, received approval for window signage decals, hanging signage, and front door handle. Certificate No. 2003C-7 782 Massachusetts Avenue – Denis Haskin and Faith Ferguson received approval for post and beam fencing and wire mesh fencing with gates. Certificate No. 2003-8 11 Joseph Road – Robert Morse received approval for renovation plans. Continued for miscellaneous items. Certificate No. 2003C-9 25 Waltham Street – Tim Sullivan, Barlo Signs, representing Coldwell Banker, received approval for front and rear signage to replace existing. Certificate No. 2003C-10 1556 Massachusetts Avenue – Matt Thenen presented plans for addition/renovation. Continued for more detail. CONTINUED: 926 Massachusetts Avenue – Pat Thomas received approval for 4-foot fencing. Certificate 2003C-11 18 Hancock Street– Jonathan Royce, Architect, presented plans for a garage addition and plans for renovating house. Hearing continued for additional detail.
