Certificate No. 2002C-57 1740 Massachusetts Avenue – Raychel Greenwald, representing Gisele Patry for Comfort, received approval for a sign. Certificate No. 2002C-58 1726 Massachusetts Avenue – William Penney, representing Richard Meguerditchian of Cameras Inc., received approval for a sign. Certificate No. 2002C-59 956 Massachusetts Avenue – Richard Bechtel, representing Erik Kondo, received approval for addition to rear of home. Certificate No. 2002C-60 782 Massachusetts Avenue – Richard Bechtel, representing Denis Haskin and Faith Ferguson, received approval for an addition. Certificate No. 2002C-62 Lexington Revitalization Subcommittee – Jerome Smith received approval for a temporary sign. Will return for formal hearing. 39 Bedford Street – Matt Carey, Environmental Compliance Services, representing Cumberland Farms, presented plans for a temporary enclosure. Will return for formal hearing. The Tourism Committee received approval for increase in size of Liberty Ride Stop signs. The minutes of July 2, 2002 were approved. The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
