PETITIONS HEARD: 6 Oak Street – Howard Bernstein received approval for air conditioning unit, additional lights, and change to size of slider. Certificate No. 2002C-39 1984 Massachusetts Avenue – Cynthia Davidson received approval for copper gutters to match existing. Certificate No. 2002C-40 1728 Massachusetts Avenue – Raychel Greenwald, representing Neil Kelly, Cheese Etc. received approval for signage. Certificate No. 2002C-41 32 Hancock Street – Ingrid and Gary Pisano received approval for patio and retaining wall materials. Certificate No. 2002C-42 Tourism Committee – Kerry Brandin and Dawn McKenna received approval for banners and bus stop signs for the Liberty Ride. Certificate No. 2002C-43 10 Woburn Street – James Allen and John Cook, representing Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, received approval for signage. Certificate No. 2002C-44 73 Waltham Street – Andrew Bedar from BKA Architects, representing Verizon, discussed plans for additional cooling unit and additional screening. Continued for additional detail on screening. CONTINUED: 1404 Massachusetts Avenue – Sally Degan, representing Mary Keith and Steven West, received approval for modifications to house and barn. Certificate No. 2002C-45 2 Bloomfield Street – Maria Romano, representing John and Lynne Woodhouse, received approval for a brick walkway. Certificate No. 2002C-46 1364 Massachusetts Avenue – David Kinsella, representing Jerry and Joan Parker, received approval for miscellaneous changes. Certificate No. 2002C-47 11 Hancock Avenue – Upesh Patel received approval for a change to one window. Certificate No. 2002C-49 INFORMALS: 4 Hancock Avenue – Eddi Ruchrist presented plans to replace a window. Will return for formal hearing in July. 1709 Massachusetts Avenue – Henry Patterson and Peter Niemitz, Copacafe presented plans for signage, new front facade, and outdoor seating. Will return for formal hearing in July. 844 Massachusetts Avenue – Craig Flynn, Elite Wireless, presented plans for signage. Will return for formal hearing in July.
