Certificate No. 2001C-33 10 Woburn Street – John Gosselin, representing Emack & Bolio’s Ice Cream, received approval for a temporary sign until labor day. Certificate No. 2001C-34 25 Waltham Street – Deborah Heffernan, representing Dewolfe, presented an awning and signage. Continued for changes. 1062 Massachusetts Avenue – Lynne Sullivan received approval for an addition and new garage. Certificate No. 2001C-35 1709 Massachusetts Avenue - Tom Fenn, representing Khushboo, received approved for signage. Mr. Fenn recused himself from hearing. Certificate No. 2001C-36 1646 Massachusetts Avenue – Sharon Spaulding, representing Spaulding Management Corporation, received approval to repaint. Certificate No. 2001C-37 CONTINUED: 1061-1063 Massachusetts Avenue – Carl Proper received approval for shutter and front door color. Certificate No. 2001C-38 12 Hancock Avenue – Nicholas Gall received approval for several changes to design. Certificate No. 2001C-39 1840 Massachusetts Avenue – Nancy Leger and Matthew Carson received approval for 4 lights in parking lot. Certificate No. 2001C-40 13 Depot Square – Richard Bechtel, representing the Lexington Historical Society, received approval for the Depot Building renovations. Mrs. Gschwendtner recused herself from this hearing. Certificate No. 2001C-41 1994 Massachusetts Avenue – Joyce Roetter received approval for fencing along driveway. Certificate No. 2001C-42 7 Percy Road – Matt Thenen received approval for a few changes. Certificate No. 2001C-43 1625 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE • LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02420 Minutes of June 7, 2001 (concluded) 1874 Massachusetts Avenue – Steven Hale, representing Cary Library, received approval for a temporary construction sign. Certificate No. 2001C-44 10 Bedford Street – William Erickson received approval for another color change. Certificate No. 2001C-45 INFORMALS: 1963 Massachusetts Avenue – Brian Adley discussed options for fencing. Will return for formal hearing. The Commission approved the following Certificate of Appropriateness extensions: 1-16 Judges Road – Pine Grove Village (one year extension for windows) (Certificate No. 2000C-5) 52 Waltham Street - Windspeed (one-year extension for renovations) (Certificate No. 2000C-53 and 2000C-70) Peter Chalpin requested and received approval for the following: An additional drop box in front of Cary Hall Temporary Business Signage at Depot Square until November 2, 2001 The minutes of May 3, 2001 were approved.
