The hearing is continued through the construction period. Certificate No. 2001C-20 2 Bloomfield Street – Maria Romano, representing John and Lynn Woodhouse, received approval for presented plans. The hearing is continued through the construction period. Certificate No. 2001C-21 2101 Massachusetts Avenue – Mary Ellen Rodman received approval for a change in house color to Benjamin Moore 1622 (blue). Certificate No. 2001C-22 9 Meriam Street – Sharon Spaulding received approval for roofing materials to reroof Adams Building. Dan Fenn recused himself from hearing. Certificate No. 2001C-23 CONTINUED: 40 Hancock Street – Richard Millman received approval for square pergola, grape arbor, and driveway material. Certificate No. 2001C-24 905 Massachusetts Avenue – Jack Shay received approval for landscape design and materials. Certificate No. 2001C-25 INFORMALS: 1062 Massachusetts Avenue – Lynne Marie Sullivan presented plans for a new addition. Will return in June for formal hearing.
