Griffin Jr., Alfonso Hernandez and Lynn Hopkins Also present were Associate Commissioners Carl Oldenburg and Robert Warshawer and Department Clerk, Amy Casparius. PETITIONS HEARD: FORMAL HEARINGS 1912 Massachusetts Avenue – Linda Williams, representing Hancock Church, received approval for signage. Certificate No. 2007C-30 Voting Commissioners were Acting Chairman Ian Adamson, Alfonso Hernandez, Lynn Hopkins and Associate Commissioners Carl Oldenburg, and Robert Warshawer 1620 Massachusetts Avenue – Lawrence Pelavin, representing Mr. Robert J. Ramsey, received approval for signage. Certificate No. 2007C-31 Voting Commissioners were Acting Chairman Ian Adamson, Daniel J. Griffin Jr., Alfonso Hernandez, Lynn Hopkins and Associate Commissioner Carl Oldenburg 31 Waltham Street – Taya Dixon, representing, Citi Bank, received approval for painting the front canopy, signage and lighting on the canopy, new storefront, a concrete ramp with metal railing and a brick knee wall and lighting for the alley. They were continued until August for the rear architectural changes. Certificate No. 2007-32 Voting Commissioners were Acting Chairman Ian Adamson, Daniel J. Griffin Jr., Alfonso Hernandez, Lynn Hopkins and Associate Commissioner Carl Oldenburg 1752 Massachusetts Avenue & 11-17 Waltham Street – Jeffery Lyon, representing Lexington Center Associates received approval for a mailbox and signage for 17 Waltham Street. They were continued until August for a covering over the stairs in the rear. Certificate No. 2007C-33 Voting Commissioners were Acting Chairman Ian Adamson, Daniel J. Griffin Jr., Alfonso Hernandez, Lynn Hopkins and Associate Commissioner Carl Oldenburg 1625 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE • LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02420 Minutes of April 5, 2007 CONTINUED 1760 Massachusetts Avenue – Jeffery Lyon, representing Lexington Vision Center received approval for signage. Certificate No. 2007C-34 Voting Commissioners were Acting Chairman Ian Adamson, Daniel J. Griffin Jr., Alfonso Hernandez, Lynn Hopkins and Associate Commissioner Carl Oldenburg 33-35 Bedford Street – Sharon Spaulding, representing Spaulding Management received approval for signage. Certificate No. 2007-C 35 Voting Commissioners were Acting Chairman Ian Adamson, Daniel J. Griffin Jr., Alfonso Hernandez, Lynn Hopkins and Associate Commissioner Carl Oldenburg 1720 Massachusetts Avenue – Erik Rhodine, representing Lexington Commons received approval for a temporary construction sign. Certificate No. 2007C-36. Voting Commissioners were Acting Chairman Ian Adamson, Daniel J. Griffin Jr., Alfonso Hernandez, Lynn Hopkins and Associate Commissioner Carl Oldenburg INFORMALS Depot Square – John Frey, representing the Bicycle Advisory Committee came before the commission with plans for the replacement of two bike racks. 3 Ellen Dana Court – Bruce Neumann, came before the commission with plans to add a new window to his home.
