PETITIONS HEARD:
FORMAL HEARINGS
1912 Massachusetts Avenue – Linda Williams, representing Hancock Church, received
approval for signage. Certificate No. 2007C-30
Voting Commissioners were Acting Chairman Ian Adamson, Alfonso Hernandez, Lynn Hopkins
and Associate Commissioners Carl Oldenburg, and Robert Warshawer
1620 Massachusetts Avenue – Lawrence Pelavin, representing Mr. Robert J. Ramsey, received
approval for signage. Certificate No. 2007C-31

Taya Dixon, representing, Citi Bank, received approval for painting the
front canopy, signage and lighting on the canopy, new storefront, a concrete ramp with metal
railing and a brick knee wall and lighting for the alley. They were continued until August for the
rear architectural changes. Certificate No. 2007-32
