Commissioners present: Chairman Joe Welch, Daniel J. Griffin Jr., Alfonso Hernandez, Lynn
Hopkins.
Also present were Associate Commissioners Marilyn Fenollos, Carl Oldenburg and Robert
Warshawer and Department Clerks, Dianne Cornaro and Amy Casparius.
PETITIONS HEARD:
FORMAL HEARINGS
1965 Massachusetts Avenue Joseph Contarino and Attorney Conroy were approved for color
change. Certificate No.2007C-18. Voting Commissioners were Chairman Joe Welch, Lynn
Hopkins, Daniel J. Griffin Jr., Alfonse Herandez, and Associate Commissioner Carl Oldenburg.
43 Waltham Street Chau-ming Lee and Architect Arthur Chu representing Daikanyama
Japanese Restaurant, received approval for signage. Certificate No. 2007C-19
Voting Commissioners were Chairman Joe Welch, Alfonso Hernandez, Lynn Hopkins and
Associate Commissioners Marilyn Fenollosa, Carl Oldenburg,

John Flynn representing himself was continued for replacement windows until
June 7, 2007.

Jean Hobbs came before the commission to discuss new
driveway surfacing.

April 2007 meeting minutes were approved.
