Also present were Associate Commissioners Marilyn Fenollos, Paul Ross and Robert Warshawer and Department Clerk, Dianne Cornaro. PETITIONS HEARD: FORMAL HEARINGS 36 Hancock Street – Susan Bennett, representing The Lexington Historical Society received approval for shingles, siding repairs, wood gutters and to replace windows, Certificate No. 2007C-15. Signed continued form for additional work to be done to the Hancock-Clarke house. Voting Commissioners were Chairman Joe Welch, Ian Adamson, Alfonse Hernandez and Robert Warshawer. Paul Ross and Marilyn Fenollosa recused themselves from this hearing. 12 Hancock Street - John Michaud received approval for house color change, new storm windows and to replace a door with a window. Certificate Number 2007C-16 – A decision on shutters was continued. Voting Commissioners were Chairman Joe Welch, Ian Adamson, Alfonse Hernandez and Associate Commissioners Robert Warshawer and Marilyn Fenollosa. 1536 Massachusetts Avenue – Jon Wardell received approval to widen driveway and turnaround and to add additional parking area off Winthrop Street. Certificate No. 2007C-17 Voting Commissioners were Chairman Joe Welch, Ian Adamson, Alfonse Hernandez and Associate Commissioners Robert Warshawer and Marilyn Fenollosa. 3 Hancock Avenue - Alexander & Anna Gamota was continued until the May meeting. THERE WERE NO CONTINUED HEARINGS INFORMALS 1844 A & B Massachusetts Avenue - Daniel Wallace came before the Commission to discuss signage for tenants to the rear of the building. 1557 Massachusetts Avenue – Paul Lapointe came before the Commission to discuss proposed renovation plans for the School Administration Building. 1625 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE • LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02420 Minutes of April 5, 2007 OTHER BUSINESS March, 2007 meeting minutes were approved.
