AGENDA:
1. LUSC Donation for Lincoln Park
The Recreation Committee reviewed the language submitted by Lexington United Soccer Club
that will be placed on small plaques on the six donated players benches at Lincoln Park. The
: “In memory of Steve Harrison, longtime and much loved Lexington
language is as follows
youth soccer coach. 2005”
The Recreation Committee approved the language 3 – 0.
2. Community Preservation Act
The Recreation Committee reviewed and discussed the Community Preservation Act which will
be on the March 2006 ballot. Sandra Shaw made the following motion:
The Recreation Committee supports the passage of the Community Preservation
Act in Lexington.
The Recreation Committee approved the motion 3 – 0.
Don Chisholm seconded the motion.
3. John Allen of New England Golf provided us with a descriptive tour of Pine Meadows.
