There will be three lots making up the Lexington Technology Park, one with frontage on Shade Street and two with frontage on Spring Street. It is anticipated that the lot with the existing 300 building will come in soon for further divisions, either as an ANR plan or a subdivision. Mr. Canale said that he is a person of interest as defined by Massachusetts law and therefore could not act on a special permit for this property, but he felt that since there is no discretion in an ANR approval that he could endorse the plan. The other board members agreed that an ANR is an administrative matter and that it would be appropriate for Mr. Canale to endorse the plan. On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to endorse the plan entitled “ Approval Not Required Plan, Spring Street in Lexington, Massachusetts, Middlesex County” dated October 16, 2007, prepared and certified by David J. Crispin, Professional Land Surveyor, BSC Group, Norwell, MA, with Form A/2007-3, submitted by Patriot Partners Lexington, LLC, applicant, as it does not require approval under the Subdivision Control Law. On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m. Wendy Manz, Clerk
