The Youth Services Council voted to support mandatory busing to junior and senior proms Council members are willing to be active participants in planning, implementation, and overall collaboration. The Council was very clear in wanting to stand alongside Lexington school administration. The school recognized that logistical aspects were not mapped out just yet, but with school staff and student help, Mike Jones knew they could pull it off. Becky Kosterman will formalize vote by drafting a letter to Mike Jones stating support with list of Youth Services Council members The group also spoke about this initiative being immediate, people's reactions, our unified message, and the need for a larger safety net for youth.
