DRAFT MINUTES of the Lexington Zoning Board of Appeals — April 28, 2005
Present: Chair, Mrs. Judy Uhrig, Mr. Arthur Smith, Mr. Nyles Barnert, Mrs. Maura
Sheehan, and Mr. John McWeeney
Petition Address: 12 Smith Avenue
The relief sought is for a Variance in accordance with Zoning By -law section 135 -35,
Table 2, Dimensional Controls to allow for height requirements. Petitioner would like to
add 3 dormers to third story of home.
Comments from the Board:
The Board felt there was too much information missing in the application to continue.
Need for next meeting: front elevations, front schematic plot plan with addition shown
on it. (Okay to draw in him -self since addition has no impact on the height variance
request.)
On a Motion by Nyles Barnert and seconded by Mr. John McWeeney, the Board by vote
of 5 -0, granted a continuance until May 12, 2005.
