Nelson (Liaison) Minutes for Filing and Treasurer's Report Meeting Minutes for the October 5, 2011 and November 2, 2011 were approved, motion to approve by W. Kennedy and 2 nd by M. Wood and so voted unanimously. Treasurer Report was approved as read. Motion to approve by W. Kennedy and seconded by M. Wood, and so voted unanimously. Busa Farm Update Bill reported as follows: - Ben Nickerson and Carter Scott walked the property and wanted to know what our footprint was for the proposed units. - We indicated that housing should be as green as possible; we would also like schematics /etchings indicating the relative height of a building, appearance (farm like) size of units, etc. - They will give us a proposal, along with an estimate for the designs - We had some neighbors come to the meeting (Igor Tsvetkova and his wife) to listen to the update and ask questions about the proposal. - Bill K. met with the farming coalition, and they suggested that the housing be placed in a certain area, so that they could have a plot large enough for a viable farm. 5 Chestnut Lane: Joyce Murphy, Megan Murphy and Dianne Tocci came before the board to present their Marketing Plan - They have to send letters to clergy, town manager, DPW superintendent of schools etc. - Need to place newspaper adds - Need to come back to the board once the plan has been completed. - The plan needs to be in place by Friday December 16, 2011, and followed for a period of 2 weeks Fairview Bill H. reported as follows - Need Jennifer Von Campen; so she may assist us with the affordable housing issues such as - Design Review - Submission of applications, anticipated timeline -Local initiative petition (not friendly 40 B) Wilson Rd B. Hays reported as follows: - We own it. - Discuss the Minuteman School getting involved in the repairs CPC Update - We requested $500,000.00 from CPC (original amount $450,000.00 changed) due to extra energy saving repairs, we will need to make to the property. Wright Farm - There was a meeting with Betsy Weiss to discuss Affordable Housing at this farm site. - Amount of units, and whether some units should be market rate were also discussed - keeping the house and barn - Lots of wetlands Upon dual motion by Martha and Dave, and unanimously voted, that LEXHAD would send out a letter with the Partnership.
