The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of <br />appropriateness to replace the existing bottom sign panel on the blade sign and rear sign. Certificate No. 2011C-62 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Daniel Griffin Jr., Paul Ross, and Robert Warshawer and <br />Associate Commissioner: Carl Oldenburg <br /> <br />1646 Massachusetts Avenue, Suite 3 <br />: Howard Rossman, Presented a drawing of the two sign panels, and a photograph <br />showing where the panels will go. The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for two small sign <br />panels in the door alcove. Certificate No. 2011C-63 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Daniel Griffin Jr., Paul Ross, and Robert Warshawer and <br />Associate Commissioner: Carl Oldenburg <br /> <br />5 Brigham Road <br />: Corinne Noyes, presented a packet of pictures of existing house and surrounding houses, proposed <br />color samples, photograph of proposed roofing shingles and photo showing what the house might look like with the <br />different shutter and door colors. The commission felt that all the color combinations look appropriate for this house and <br />what the homeowner decides after actually seeing them on the house is fine. The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a <br />certificate of appropriateness for roofing and color change. Certificate No. 2011C-64 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Daniel Griffin Jr., Paul Ross, and Robert Warshawer and <br />Associate Commissioner: Carl Oldenburg <br /> <br />4 Bruce Road <br />: Dilani Vytheswaran, presented a cut sheet of the proposed shed, photograph of existing house showing <br />garage doors, a drawing with dimensions of the proposed windows, and cut sheet of the proposed windows. The cut sheet <br />of the window was actually not what the applicant meant to propose. The applicant intends to put in all wood windows, <br />and will submit the correct cut sheet. The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness to remove garage <br />doors and install windows.
